Request Deletion
To delete your Sudoku Play account and associated cloud data, email support@sudokuplay.me from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
What to Include
Include your account email and, if available, your player name or user ID. We may ask for confirmation before deleting data to protect your account from unauthorized requests.
What Gets Deleted
Deletion removes account-linked cloud data such as profile details, gameplay progress, leaderboard records, tournament entries, achievements, and synced stats. Local data on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing browser storage.
Timing
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless we need to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
